I should be offering more freebies for those who grab their copies; congrats—you’ve helped the book reach 16 after years of minimal activity. Yay! Perhaps Bachman is having herself a comeback…or not…we’ll have to see.
I’m also realizing that because I ‘checked out’ for a while on my indie writing career, I have been distracted from producing new books in some cases, and just wanted to in other cases.
I have finished projects. Strange Bedfellows is currently stuck in a done, not done, state. You’ll know if I’m not 100% on something, I won’t release it. It’s been through edits and re-edits, and I still feel uncomfortable. I think it’s going to need some rewriting, and I don’t like the way it ended.
I am also considering putting my Vampire Saint book, the NANOWRIMO winner, on Kindle Vella. Once I finished writing this piece, I didn’t know what to do with it. I threw myself off of my publishing routine because I didn’t think I’d ever finish the book in a month, and well, here I am. Lol.
Please Note: Some of my writing is already under different names. I’ve been a working writer longer than an indie novelist and will always find paying gigs or work for myself, writing or graphics, so I didn’t ‘waste’ all my time away.
