Moxie Press – Article Accepted & A Feb Feature

As I shared on my socials last year, I’ve been shifting more intentionally into non-fiction—essays, articles, and work rooted in lived experience.

Alongside that shift, my Substack has evolved into a portfolio space for this work, and a home for my podcast My Take On, where I speak plainly about current events, culture, and whatever refuses to stay quiet in my mind. It’s also where I track my submissions to magazines and other outlets where I believe my work can do some good.

Recently, I received an email that stopped me mid-scroll: Moxie Press Magazine has accepted my article “Voice of the Voiceless.” They’ll be featuring it in an upcoming episode, and I’m genuinely excited to see where it lands and who it reaches.

In February, a poem from Saint Woman“Human Nature” (one of the cleaner ones)—will be featured on Maggie Devers’ podcast One Poem Only. The poems in Saint Woman are rooted in real women who have moved through my life over the years. Each piece carries a trace of that history, whether it whispers or burns.

More soon. Always writing.
